Reffy I'm neither in or out of the Hock fan club,I agree Gaz should have been at least Yellow Carded for the slap in the Fev player ,maybe it would have made the game a better spectacle we shall never know, but every team needs an Enforcer we have 2 from the days of Stan Owen ,and Derek Higgs, through to Timmy ,when Timmy left for Hull we had Costello, Andy Pucill, and Dave Smith ,in our pack,with due respect they wouldn't BOSS and Dominate other forwards,our pack at the moment has everything,Inn my previous post I left out Haggs and Sarsfield ,by accident,Haggs is a very skilful player can do most things,and I see Sarsfield as the running second row,giving us 6-12 players like a RL quality street bunch.Im abhor spitting , but I'd sooner have Gaz Hock inside my tent spitting out,than outside my tent spitting in,if you know what I mean?

Just watched the game back again...

Fev in attack - very average

Fev in defence - very, very average.

Fev conclusion - ****! And they'll be lucky to get anywhere near top 4.

Leigh in attack - showing clear signs of good form and fluency returning.

Leigh in defence - Very, very good. Worked for each other.

Leigh conclusion - Much better discipline than in recent weeks. The only one without a brain this week was Hock. Even Barlow just concentrated on the rugby.

Leythers - Loud and proud. A great atmosphere. .. I take a vulnerable young man to quite a few Leigh matches and he loves every minute of it. Yesterday was no different.

Reffy it was just a use of a phrase,I think controlled aggression is very effective and in Rowls we have a coach to do this no opposition will be successful in bossing us, but our pack can be very skilful as well.

There is talent throughout the squad which make the nastiness so unbelievable, hit the opponents with points instead of niggles and playground antics.

Ant you should be commended for helping your young friend attend games ,but I feel you do Fev an injustice they are a decent team,they played a big chunk of the game a man down,and have a big robust pack ,I do like having a go at Refs as they always play it as they see it , though I agree being a bit more stronger early on it may have been a better game,our performance for me was around 6/10 yet we still won comfortably,still 3 points though and Fev still to come to the LSV.

I feel sorry for hock! Some people on here have been out for him since he signed for us! I don't think he has done much wrong since he joined us! It's was something or nothing on Sunday! Hock is a massive plus too our team. When the lads turn in him we should be worried but they work for him and know everyone of them would rather play with him than against!
