What a cup draw!

After the London game the only disappointment to the season so far was the not great turn out for the London game. Ok it was a Friday, but as has been said on here numerous times recently - this is the best Leigh side for many years.

Not only have we got quality big names such as hock and moi moi, we've got young local lads who aspire to play in sl and put in 100% week in week out.

Probably a waste of time putting it on here, preaching to the converted, but make every effort to get fans to the next few games. I've bought a few mates tickets to games and they've all been back since.

The more fans through the gates the better the team on the pitch and the healthier the club. Now is the time to get your family and friends down to a game.

I also spotted at the weekend that a couple of players, including hock, have yet to get a sponsor. How much is it?

Here's hoping to a few good crowds with the Salford game getting over 6000.

Don't think it was that bad, a Friday night Cup game against London, don't think two and a half thousand is that bad, huge compard to what we'd have got in previous years.

Think there'll be a similar number of Leigh fans for Salford as there was for Bradford, similar sort of game, we proved we could beat the relegated teams now we get to see if we can beat the teams we'll be trying to relegate; think Salford will bring less though, probabaly will be about 6,000-6,500.

First game in challenge cup would typically be lowest crowd of the season. So to get nearly 2,500 on shows how far we've come. Not too long ago that would've been our highest crowd of the season.

This. Thought it was our most respectable 'all pay' crowd in a long time.
