The bus station is shut this week as from today, if you're coming and going back on the 19 or 28 you'll need to go to Lord Street for the return trip, the stop outside the Litten Tree pub.
Fron the main road at the front of the bus station you can usually get a 597 to the LSV, but I don't know if it runs on Sundays, and as others have said it's only a five minute walk over the bridge.
