Yes, it's a strange piece isn't it. On the face of it there is no new information, but I think you can read a bit more between the lines;

It's Price
He is bringing his own squash partner over
He will be bringing at least one key player
He has a target to deliver the GF
There are several more quality players to be signed before the 'infilling of the rest of the squad'.

Will he be on a 2 or 3 year contract ?
