Well I suppose its got to be between Atkins and Ratchford realistically.

Ratchford missed the first 5 games of the season whilst Atkins has been not far from ever present and was a lone beacon of hope during the season in general. It was not just his strong running and the physicality of his try scoring, but also the work he did running the ball in against the opposition defence. Ratchford is pure class and I loved that 25-30m pass he made to Patton against Catalans last weekend that eventually lead to a try. But my vote has gone to Atkins this year - IMO he has more than earned it.

I'll give it some thought, but I'm tempted to abstain from this year's poll.

I've just tested and you can actually vote for 'Non Selected'.

Only one man deserving of it this season, atkins.

Atkins for me, last few seasons I've had him down as none passing show pony but this year he's been the most consistent get stuck in Beasty All season. Good lad.

Jack.
The Wire - It's Time To Believe

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will.
When the road you're trudging seems all up hill,
When the funds are low, and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest if you must, but don't you quit.

Life is queer with the twists and turns,
AS everyone of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about,
When he might have won had he stuck it out:
Don't give up through the pace seems slow.
You may succeed with another blow.

Success is failure turned inside out,
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far;
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit,
It's when things seem worse,
that you must not quit.

In terms of the season it's been, it's debatable if any of the players would want to accept such an "honour".

With this in mind I suspect most fans will run with Benny Westwood, who in fairness has done ok, and also as recognition for his time at the club.

Gets my vote

Tough call between Ratchford and Atkins but I went for Ratch as I think our initial losing run would have continued had his impact in return been so big
