Says Mike Cooper.

According to Cooper it's all about confidence and not ability.

Hmm Cooper as the local lad shoved to the front to try and convince the fans our current crisis is nothing to do with poor recruitment (on and off the field), dreadful coaching/player selections/player treatment, dour tactics and arrogant complacency but simply confidence. Suddenly, 60% the way through this season we are going to fire into a world rl powerhouse....and at (very) best finish 8th, all during a season of poor standards where we have got off lightly with injuries (compared to most others). Laughable.

Would winning the middle 8s bring any silverware to keep Kevin Brown happy ?

If this is the club communicating to fans they must think we are imbeciles. Or worst still they believe it themselves.

I think they will have a wake up call when it comes to ST renewal.

Truly hysterical and embarrassing from Cooper and the club.

Wheel out the local lad to appease that masses, they're bound to swallow it. They must think we came down in the last shower.

Try having some pride in defence and make some tackles. Respect possession and stop giving away needless penalties, and whilst you may not win loads it will stop blowouts

I reckon cooper probably got a bollocking for going 'slightly' too far with the party line. ' bloody hell mike you only had to say it was about confidence not that we'd give both origin teams a kicking'.

There it is again, the reference to training, training well etc. Im really getting tired of hearing about that, just transfer it to the actual match then.
