Smith gone end of the season, to be replaced with a guy who is currently an assistant e;sewhere. Imagine what the highest paid coach in SL is earning. It's costing us double that to terminate early.

My guess is that Smith will remain but move upstairs (so as not to cost us a large termination fee) ... Agar will go to a SL rival team....and we will bring in a Aussie coach

The story I heard was resignation request was excepted from both of them but they were ask to stay on until the season end. That'll could be why there is a pay off.

Why double? He only has 1 year to run so we could continue to pay him but relieve him of duties.
