Leeds (just so they know whats it like to be the best team in the comp but an undressing team pips them)

The best team over the course of a full season ought to be champions. It would be a travesty if Leeds didn't go on to lift the trophy at Old Trafford.

Don't care, the middle 8s are far more interesting. The Leigh Wakefield game was a cracker.

Agreed. We cannot win it now, so I'm getting ready for next season. Couldn't care less about the semi finals or the Grand Final, same with the Challenge Cup final.

Though I am really enjoying the Middle 8's, I think it's a fantastic competition and it's putting the Super 8's in the shade.

Thats just being a sore loser.... the middle 8's is a shocking league. only Bradford have beaten super league opposition.... and won't beat anymore. ...The only reason its interesting is because the points got reset to zero,and a club has the opportunity to be relegated from the league. ..

It sums British sport up. ...We are always keen on watching a good loser. ... and now we have people saying they prefer watching the poop tier of our sport instead of the elite. ...

Sell that poop to the NRL. ...

Your team's poor performances are obviously making you into a bitter individual.

Still the way you all bigged yourselves up before the season started your actual level of performance must have come as a big shock. Bearing in mind your recent performances you probably would have struggled in the Super 8s-Qualifiers to give it its proper name.

Problem with the middle eights as a spectacle is that nobody gives a fig about who finishes first, second or third (apart from the fans of those teams of course). Exciting as it's likely to be in the last couple of rounds and the final promotion/relegation match, it's a bit weird to have a competition where the vast majority are only really interested about who finishes fourth and fifth.
