I'm Amazed at this nonsense aimed towards us as being a dirty team I don't understand it ...

Especially from a Huddersfield fan who's coach has spoke in press conferences about encouraging cheap shots "because one cheap shot deserves another " .......and also wanting revenge on Salford for ending Brett ferrets seasons....
although he made a miraculous comeback and has since served a ban of his own for foul pay!!!
I appreciate the England thing isn't good but the player has a dirty habit.(spitting) he is not a dirty player... he's a bit weak in the aggression stakes if I may say. ...something clearly got to him that day? ?

Christ Salford could have beaten us in the season opener but because they insisted on the physical approach and tried to intimidate us instead of playing rugby they lost. Sims just took every cheap /late shot off patterson and hock and ignored it.

Sims himself had kopped criticism for NOT being the enforcer people were expecting, and all of a sudden he gets aggressive in our biggest Derby (yes it's not Wigans) which has huge history of aggressive behaviour and huge blow ups. And the choir boys come out and say we are dirty. .

We are far from it. ..This thread turned to poop quickly. .. almost as quick as Tomkins has.

We have one or two players who can get a bit hot headed at times when provoked by niggling opponents. If a team comes along that wants to play clean open rugby then that is what Warrington play, unfortunately us & other teams this year have found it necessary to descend to the level of our thuggish opponents on more than one occasion. If these clubs won't clean up their act, & the RFL seem powerless to intervene, then teams have to take matters into their own hands.

My original point was not to whinge about Tomkins or any other Wigan player when yours were just as bad. That is all.

Translation - "I'm okay talking about grubs when it comes to other teams, but when someone mentions I have an avatar of one of the biggest grubs ever to play RL, I can't come back with a response so I'll skulk off and not mention it again because I don't know how to defend myself".

You must rise above these yorkie idiots who keep claiming dirty teams from this side of the hills.
We here at Leigh have been labelled dirty Leigh from the yorkies in the championship, yet for me the best tie of the quarter finals were Wire v Leigh with good discipline and a good entertaining game,and yet the disciplinary knobheads still find 7 referrals in that game. Unbelievable. I also agree with one post were there should have been a yellow card for a professional foul in Thursday's game, no different to G O B. against Leigh.

Inconsistency is a big problem with the game at the moment. I think the refs need to read the rules again.

My only issue is you whinging like little girls about Tomkins been horrible when you were as bad!

No issues with what anybody (either team) did.

Just the pathetic crying from some of you!

However, don't think we'll see any nasty Wigan boys copping a ban on Tuesday. Can't say same for wire tho.

I'll leave you lot to cry together for a while and talk about my avatar and other horrible Huddersfield players from 10 years ago, because it's easier to change the subject rather than accept a few home truths.

Leigh fan trying to get a few friends on here is pretty embarrassing as well, making it a Yorkshire/ Lancashire thing when the reality is that Leigh actually are a set of dirty ba$tards.
