Pete Livet who went to Montford High School, played for Woolston Rovers, and had a few games with Workington Town during the inaugural SL season (1996).

Asotasi
Livett

I'd expect big minutes from Sims and Hill and also Asotasi, so probably 15 minutes instead of 10.

For a team with so many injuries that's still a pretty impressive and experienced line up.

Our attitude has been appalling at points this year (the first time I've said that since the Noble years) and a weakened Wire will ensure our players come out with their heads away with the fairies which will lead to numerous penalties being conceded and errors made.

Wire to win IMO.

It is impressive on paper but other than the usual suspects so many players are out of form, it's unreal. I think we'll win though.

I think we'll get stuffed to be honest.
The weather will be a big factor.
I ran for 35 mins tonight and was absolutely shattered.

Ball retention. Mistake free and a good kicking game will win this one.

Really can't past a Wigan win.
We've really only got Hill, Sims, Benny and Dwyer in good form. GOB's kicking at goal is also a plus.
Harrison is giving too may pens away......... I could go on about the rest of them.
Not a patch on where we've been in recent years.

Wigans structured play will work in the heat.

I hope I have to eat my words.

Error free rugby will work? We're screwed then! We broke records last time out against Salford.

Our structured play? Them days are gone! We've tried to introduce offloading which has killed our organised attack and turned us in to a rabble.

It's like a battle of which set of supporters is more down on their own team at the moment!

Looking at the weather report earlier tonight it could be raining at some point during the match.

This could get embarrassing if we didn't get stuck in but am sure Smithy will have his excuses ready.

The way we defend i'm expecting someone to put 40+ on us soon. I just hope it's not tonight. Even so i still can't see past a Wigan win. We have been really poor this season so far and our last outing at Rovers was the worst of the lot. We are battling for 8th in the table for a reason.

Although, you never know when a team is up against it, they can surprise you and Hull losing their last three is huge for us in terms of 8th place. So an incentive at least!

Tonight will see two poor by recent standards teams battle it out. The team with the most pride and will to win will take the spoils. Sadly when this attitude is needed we are often left wanting :DEPRESSED:

I feel the only incentive our guys are using is the Wembley one, be great to win it but for me the SL title is long over due and should be the main focus.
