Smith should stay

It's his mess, the buck stops with him (never been a fan of sacking coaches, simply because of a bad run). It's his responsibility to bang a few heads, and start coaching properly

He has to be ultimately responsible. I am wondering now why Smith said he had to refresh the coaching staff by letting Marshall and Poching go to bring in Agar.

If I drop a massive clanger at work, not just once but several times I would be expected to make amends and begin to clear it up!?

I still look at smith as the Alex Ferguson of rugby, only Fergie was bad until he finally become good.!!

Haha over reaction.the last 3 games were shocking ,we showed improvement today but i think smithy will know where there the problems lie

After Wakefield the rest of the fixtures look quite daunting they may well decide his future, whatever the problem is this coming period will show us if he's got what it takes, he has some major sorting out to do.

He should stay and sort it out.
