JGR: whether it was a series of smoke bombs or flares or shouting "fire" makes no difference. For those who forget, the smoke bombs were going off in Bradford. What a reminder of May 1985!
I felt the stewards dealt with it as calmly as possible: what a prat.
As a Bradford City fan, I have to say that comparing a smoke bomb set off by one person to the Valley Parade fire is just ridiculous.
Sad preacher nailed upon the coloured door of time;
Insane teacher be there reminded of the rhyme.
There'll be no mutant enemy we shall certify;
Political ends, as sad remains, will die.
NOPE no comparison at all : I said "in Bradford" not it could have resulted in anything like that disaster: Just a reminder that some silliness could be and (IMO) was here extremely insensitive. As well as goonish and as stupid as requesting more smoke bombs in Halifax.
I go to watch Rugby not immatures on the terraces misbehaving.
