Doc has dismissed rumours that Rangi Chase is leaving and he has again reaffirmed his commitment to the club.

Does anyone have any suspicions the club could possibly be a victim of propaganda with the middle 8's looming? With social media these days it would be quite easy for people to start damaging rumours that gather momentum wouldn't it?

Let's face it there will be agenda's with so much on the line.

I have heard it all now. Was it these propaganda culprits who left a fully fit Rangi out of the team at Leeds on Friday then, despite him showing everyone else that he was clearly fit and raring to go in the warm-up? Marwan hasn’t told the truth about much since he has been here and I don’t expect him to start doing so now.

Remember when he said Hock wouldn’t play against us in the cup? Lie. Remember when he said he would take legal action against Hock and Leigh if he did play? Lie. Remember when he accepted Locke’s resignation but said he would go legal to recover transfer fee? Lie. Remember when he said Harris' job was safe? Lie. Remember when he said Theo had been offered a contract extension in June but turned it down? Lie.

Unfortunately, I take whatever he says these days with a massive pinch of salt.

Are you suggesting Chase was omitted on Friday on Marwan`s say so?

The agents of these players have a lot to answer for, I know they are supposed to look after their clients but they pray on clubs like Salford because they know we are desperate. The bigger clubs tell the agents what to do.

Hey relax people it was only a question and not necessarily an opinion. I just find it so hard to comprehend how much negative news there has been over the past few months, it's relentless and demoralising. It really is astonishing and there has to be some $hit stirring going on as well surely? Self destruction, imploding? We are making the perennial circus at Newcastle United look like a dream team to support! Lots of similarities, Marwan's our Mike Ashley, Ian Watson could be local caretaker boss John Carver, Theo could be little Yohan Cabaye wanting a move and Morley or Hansen could be local hero Alan Shearer?

Unfortunately chaps as I have mentioned on your forum previously you may have to endure the painful death of your club at the hands of its saviour sooner than first anticipated.

JGR is on the money with his posts, Fages will leave, Chase will leave, Paterson will be joined at Leigh with Hansen and most of the players agents are touting their players around the clubs.

Sheens will definitely be going home after the 8's.

Im hearing there is an outside chance the club may not last the duration of the season and the RFL are fully aware and may look to help players find clubs by offering salary cap dispensation for those players.

Looks like another Celtic Crusaders episode.
