It’s easy pickings for Gelling in this league. Ashall Bott has a bright future.

Don’t mind Toulouse, a lot of French nationals in their squad which is pleasing to see but maybe not a top 2 team.

Not the start you imagined to the season Jean. Toulouse beaten by Lowly Leigh and Woeful Widnes.

Terrific Widnes

Surely its Wonderful Widnes :D
An excellent victory in a game that some think is between 2 promotion contenders.

It's Widnes an Toronto all the way in the Championship, with Widnes to make a swift return to SL (hopefully)

Oh sure. That will really help in the negotiations for the next TV contract, won't it?
Toulouse for Championship in 2017, Super League in 2021!

Avignon for Championship in 2021, Super League in 2022!

Are Toulouse exempt from relegation if they finish bottom this season, or are they subject to the same rules as everyone else?

What are you on about ? Widnes are an English RL side, which other country do you suggest that they play their games in.
Just be grateful that the RFL allow overseas sides in our competition, all because the rest of England (apart from the M62 corridor) have no interest in our great game.

I'd much prefer the better side to be promoted, rather than contenders being "selected" for their TV "influence".
Toulouse is a great little ground and a decent RL set up and i'd take Toulouse over Toronto at a heartbeat.
They are a proper RL side, supported by "local" players and not just a team of mercenaries.
