JESUS WEPT HOW MANY TIMES????? £20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000. The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.
There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them.

Eric Perez is a Minority shareholder and Director, so an owner, albeit a minority one. If you feel the need to lambast Leigh at every turn, at least be accurate when doing it.
Back on thread. The well read folk at TotalfacistRL.com seem to think he's trying to buy a seat at Fridays meeting, as he doesn't currently have one. Again, not sure of 25% permits him a seat, but it assuredly breaks RFL operational rules as to multiple club ownership.
Again. Not sure why Hector would be interested in selling any part of his club? He's built it from the bottom up and has shown what can be done on a shoestring....the Capital Challenge and the Friday Night Lights are streets ahead in terms of putting down roots and attracting interest.....both are projects they've stuck with and both are seen as "must attend" events in the capitals RL circles.
Operational Rules and Persons of Influence at clubs. It seems a person of influence at one club ie owner, can have a ( limit ) 25% shareholding at another club.

What is he actually buying? Why not just start a new club up in USA.
I imagine the main thing is the clubs licence, although surely there would be certain procedures he would have to go through to be able to change the clubs location/name etc - Not sure if it would be much easier than just applying for licence with a new club to play in league 1, especially with a number of clubs currently struggling financially or as a whole you would think there maybe openings in the next few years for a new club to be granted a licence to play in league 1. I know there was a Manchester team rejected last year and they seem to have better foundations in terms of fan base, player development at that level than West Wales, but I guess they did not fit some criteria in certain areas.
Ahh so you admit you were the same account as the greatly banned, disregarded and despised Gutterfax?
What was wrong with gutterfax he always backed up what he said with facts you say something and the same three posters conveniently agree and back you up

It doesn't deny Argyle's investment. Says little really.
It says that they are going nowhere......but you and your little troupe pf buddies carry on destroying this site with very little to actually say other than that you don't like Leigh As for my identity. The moderators on here know exactly who I am and exactly where I am posting from.....unlike you and your "widdle buddies", I have never hidden my identity to score points. As I posted on the last page, Hector has said the club are going nowhere and as another poster has pointed out, Argyle can only have 25% of another club, so Hector is still the majority shareholder....the Skolars are going nowhere.
Jog on Troll.......although it's worrying that the major responded to your "iconic pictures of grounds" was a moderator.....it seems the site can't do without its lunatics now
