It's not the FA but instead the premier league who will have arranged the fixtures. I don't blame the RFL on this one. This is more down to the Mersey side police who should have made Everton change their date. I will say the RFL should have maybe checked Everton's fixtures soon as they were released and made the appropriate phone calls as it seems the police just forgot about the England vs NZ match.
