Neither of them are in the same class as Talanoa anyway, so the point is moot.

There is a reason Lo has never played a top flight game before. Its because is isnt that good. Very powerful, granted, but not much else.

And given Powell has come out and said Ben Roberts will be FB this year for Cas then Lo might not play too much top flight rugby this year with Eden and Miniken ahead of him.

Garry Lo is far superior to Miniken. I am confident that Darrell Powell will recognise this fact before too long.

Jakob Miller (Wakefield) was replaced by Albert Kelly (Hull FC), Justin Horo (Wakefield) was replaced by Mark Minichiello (Hull FC), Luke Walsh (Catalans) was replaced by Benjamin Roberts (Castleford).

Those belated changes have given us a very strong Exiles team for 2018. That team could beat England.

Could you give us an insight as to why you made those glaring errors with the three changes you made initially John, was it to hide your embarrassment at picking all those players from woeful Wakefield after all those 3 replacements would have surely been in your thoughts with all the knowledge and experience at your disposal,sorry to say it John but with your mismash of a pole and now this, you are becoming to look amateurish unfortunately.

Also, if you are going to pick a second row from Hull for this team Sika Manu is a better player than Minichiello imo.

You are entitled too your opinion. These judgments are often marginal, so I would be interested in what other forum contributors think about the Mark Minichiello vs Sika Manu comparison.

Is this your only objection to my selected team?

You have 5 guys who have never played a game in SL before. I expect Mead will go well, the others are unknown quantities that could be great or could flop.

I love Mini's enthusiasm and he is a really strong ball carrier. But I often get frustrated with his unforced errors and he gets caught out in defence too often imo. Manu is rock solid in everything he does.
