We absolutely need NA teams in SL. Their fans cheer for anything and have modern stadia. We need that atmosphere to attract sponsors. What must prospective sponsors feel when they turn on SL on sky and see wakefield at home in front of 2000 fans, most of which are hanging off a building that looks like a high rise council block of flats behind the goals with pints in their hands. It’s embarrassing, utterly embarrassing

Wow, we're expanding now at a rate of knots. NA is the country code for Namibia.

Given that you mean North America, Ok that's fine, let them create and play in a fantastic RL league across the North American continent, culminating in a 100-0 smashing of Australia (or maybe a 20-18 game against Canada) in the World Cup. But why the **** do they need to play in the UK competition?

If Toronto can get a tv deal worth a couple of million a year then i suspect superleague will be happy to have them because it would mean no sky money going to them,the same goes for Toulouse.

Currently they are on a casino cable channel ad online streaming with a declining sports channel that has lost all of its major programming rights......I doubt they are paid a brass farthing for these rights but as with everything else connected to them, it's smoke and mirrors. They are currently trying to bury the news of the 3 sackings behind the usual plethora of facebook posts including announcing the teams vice captain

As for when they arrive in SL.......I really can't see any broadcaster stepping up to gamble on a sport with 0 foothold other than a rich guy has backed them in a sport that nobody knows about.....

Is this tv deal you talk about the one theyve just announced tonight for the 2019 season ? It would be interesting to know if its worth anything but as you say we're not likely to hear anything.Shame really as it might give us some idea what they might get should superleague let them in.

Game TV which is something like DAVE TV in the UK but predominantly Dragons Den, Fishing shows and Whose line is it anyway........and CBC sports online. CBC used to be the #1 sports channel in Canada bt now has one NHL Hockey Match a week and the Olympics, rodeo, figure skating, curling and little league Canadian baseball....it is in an English speaking channel as is Game TV...I'd go as far as to compare CBC Sports online as their version of Premiere.
So ask yourself, if DAVE and Premiere were going to bid for SL rights, how much could they afford?

You forgot to mention that Belle Vue is a blight on the health of the poor people of Wakefield since it is a rodent infested monument to pre-World War 2 building codes. It is surely an embarrassment to rugby league. That is why I refer to woeful Wakefield.
