It's a crap joke it's not a crass one aimed at Wakefield (or any other) hospice.
My terminally ill mother in law visits Kirkwood hospice from time to time to give my father in law a break as carer. We've helped out at the library and I come out with that joke everytime she goes there. It doesn't offend her because she a. has more than one brain cell and b. doesn't spend her evenings looking for petty arguments on the internet.
Anyway back on topic. I really like both of Wakefield's shirts the home one especially is very classy.

I don't believe for one minute you deliberately meant anything by it. I just happen to believe that humour is a great and most things are ok. I don't see every joke about colour as racist and I don't see every joke about being gay as homophobic.I'm not a snowflake, far from it which I have admit was far funnier than your joke.
Maybe I'm old fashioned but I still believe certain subjects are best left alone. I can't and I wouldn't stop you telling your Hos p*ss joke but I still think it's crass.
