I guess what he meant is that we have plenty decent wingers in our game just now. Hall, Briscoe, Burgess, Eden, Broughton, Lineham, Swift, Johnson etc, which is a fair point.

Rather than we are a tight knit squad that will do everything we can to win the world cup, and letting the team down during a training week by drinking excessively wont be tolerated, as it doesn't fit with the culture that we are trying to engender. But hey lets throw the race card in there.

Not sure its institutional racism as such in Union, even though its the code of choice in fascist countries. Not sure its the drunken behaviour in itself, more probably it wasn't conducted in the proper manner with the correct public school songs, chants and rituals. You can't have too many of these common types around (unless they are really good) and the England RU are probably deluded enough to think that they are good enough at the moment to get away without them.

Anyway Solomona has that RL stain on him that will always make him unwelcome amongst the worst types in yawnion. Not that I feel the slightest bit sorry for him, he chose to go there.

Mid-90s IIRC. Just around the time he was banged up in chokey.
