Exactly. Ridiculous comparison.

However, Andy Murray finishing as the year end world number 1 was one of his greatest achievements.

and obviously winning Wimbledon alone makes Federer the world's best player?

Its weird how when Cas win the LLS or Hudds win the LLS its a huge achievement but if Leeds or Wigan do its no big deal, or Wire or Saints are chokers for winning winning the LLS but not the GF

It's not that weird really, is it ?

Cas and Huddersfield have won very little for a long time and therefore any glory is magnified.
It's like Wigan in the 80's & 90's they won the cup every year, it's just how it was.
They got just as many column inches when they failed to make the final.

The achievement of winning the GF is just as big whoever wins but, expectation can reduce the impact of the win.

Can't believe these comparisons to tennis. There is also the small issue of the 100K prize money for finishing first and the LLS. Not too shabby I would say.

which one is more rewarding depends on who you support i guess

Great to see cas wrap it up next week hopefully gives us more breathing space

the 4 home games catalan have could be their saving grace! pick up an away win at fax, i think they will just be ok


take nothing away from rovers today, they were good, defended well but leigh were awful in attack

as per last year it looks like the middle 8s are going to be more interesting than the super 8s
