Despite being "irked" by some of his performances in the past, this was the 2nd game on the trot (watched him live Salford v Wakey), where he has actually been exceptionally good (not saying without error, but...).

He seemed to let most things go and created the flow of the game in doing so. A couple of calls wrong but overall he had a good game.

Congratulations to Leigh.

I thought the overall standard of the game was fairly poorly, particularly in defences hence the high scores. Both teams would need to tighten up considerably when facing other teams in and around the 8 position.

Overall I thought Hicks had a decent game. I didn't disagree with decisions made and the game wasn't about him.

Only had half an eye on it but didn't think Hicks was outrageously bad. Leigh's commitment to the cause was good and it's always nice to see supporters who've been having a lean time of it happy and celebrating. Who knows, one of these weeks it could be Wigan's turn

Don't know why people would try and dilute that victory by blaming other factors but they do.
