So Sir Kev is about to join the RFL as Rugby Director. http://www.rugby-league.com/superleague ... y-director Splitting his time between Performance and Business Development. It is good to see that someone with so much first hand experience of the game is appointed to this position. Will he however, make a go of it and then jump for big money to the dark side? Remember Joe Lydon? Hopefully not. Make it work Kev.

sounds like a 'jobs for the boys' appointment to me, let's be honest what Kevin Sinfield knows about business development you could write on a postage stamp.

Masters degree in sports business and been one of the highest profile RL stars of his generation.... Not a bad starting point

what is wrong with some people, we get a modern day great actually involved in some capacity in the RFL and all people can do is moan.......give the guy a chance to get his feet under the table and he may bring the dinosaur into the 21st century........

Obviously only he knows why he went over to the dark side but, this is exactly the knid of role that someone of his ilk should be doing.

A big step in the right direction.

Exactly. As long as he keeps his nose out of any disciplinary business involving Leeds I'm happy
