How hard is it for you to understand? I WAS NOT MOANING! People think Salford are down because they lost to a championship club. They are not. They lost to a championship club last year they weren't relegated. I think if Leigh can pick off another one (and they will) they will go up automatically. That means at least one superleague club will be relegated. I look forward to them moaning!
Now go play out and get off your parents' computer. I'd recommend playing out on a motorway, building site or railway line!
Nobody is saying salford are down yes you are moaning but I understand your bitterness your bullmainia days are long gone your watching third rate rugby in the worlds worst stadiums in one of the country's biggest dumps now run along because nobody's interested in what Bradford failed to do last year

I think you need to be careful of what you say. It was only 10 years ago that we were in the same position. Yes Bradford have had an almighty fall from grace but gloating about makes you look bad. FWIW I agree there is a bit of moaning going on but the guy is entitled to it after the crap the Bulls have gone through in the past few years.

I don't have to be careful the guy just kept coming back with insults if we went down I wouldn't moan like him like we had some god given right to be in SL I've watched my club home and away in the third division and didn't cry like macbull the thread was about Salford after all but you defend him if you like

I don't think he is entitled to it. The crap the Bulls have gone through have mainly stemmed from themselves.

Well, stemmed from poor management, hardly things that are within a fans control, so I think he (and any other fans who's clubs management have messed things up) is entitled to have a moan about it.

Well, he's not wrong in that Salford DID lose to a champ club last year and still stayed up (and even avoided the mpg). However, the difference this time around is the order of the fixtures and the recent loss at home to HKR has left them on only 2 points after three games. You would expect them to still be on 2 points after their next game as well (Leeds).
The combination of losing to at least two SL clubs and also at least one champ club means you're pretty much nailed on for the mpg at best. Salford's last three games are against the remaining three champ clubs London, Batley and Featherstone. They will be under some serious pressure in those games, knowing that anything less than 3 wins could see them automatically relegated.
Despite all this, I still think Leigh will find themselves in the mpg - most likely against Salford. Their recent match up could quite easily have gone the other way had Salford been a bit more clinical with their chances. As I've mentioned previously in this thread, Leeds could still cause chaos in these 8s if they get themselves safe before the last round of fixtures and go into their game against Leigh with pretty much nothing to play for and lose.
Sad preacher nailed upon the coloured door of time;
Insane teacher be there reminded of the rhyme.
There'll be no mutant enemy we shall certify;
Political ends, as sad remains, will die.
To get back to the original focus: are we (as a grey haired and grey bearded Salfordian, we) going down: it's very possible. The body language on Friday v HKR suggested no confidence by the team. We're losing MCB who is a proven try scorer. We have a visit to Headingley and our record there is only slightly better than the survivability rates of pilots flying Kamikaze missions. We (i.e. the fans, the players, the staff, and the public) await Dr K's decision on him staying. As far as we know no one else is interested in running Salford (Mr Orange has showed a little but I have reservations about this). This uncertainty is affecting fans and players. If we go down, will we survive? With the costs of the AJ Bell and less finance: NO.

The Dr's latest threat intrigues me, did he issue his warning of walking away before the Huddersfield game, only everything seemed rosy at that point?
For the life of me I don't know why he didn't just keep shtum until after the competition.
