From looking like strong contenders for both the league leaders trophy and a visit to Old Trafford, they can not buy a win at present.
Why?
It can't just be injuries, almost every team has had this problem.
Can they get back on track?
Quite a few of the usual contenders have played badly over the first 6 months which gave a refreshing new top 4, unfortunately a drop in form at the business end of the season with an unsettled team can be damaging.

And to think I said at the start of season they would get to Old Trafford its maybe to many old players that only went their for a holiday and a pension because no body else would have them
I think that the loss of players to injury has had an impact. Not just the loss of their talent on the field, but also the unsettling of the team that followed. This is particularly evident in the chop and change in the halves, with Richard Myler being out for a long period and Todd Carney being in and out, with his form dropping.
Yesterday the team was missing star centre Krisnan Inu, star half back Richard Myler, star second rower Louis Anderson, and star hooker Paul Aiton (who has not played this year). The team was still strong, but not at its best, and I suspect that some of the players were playing with injuries.

Come on Jean, you can't use Aiton!
Injuries are part & parcel, also at this time of the year many of the troops are playing with niggles.
