Barely 82k capacity? Are you sure about that?
I was of course referring to when it was reduced capacity which was in relation to the post above mine that clearly was talking about the 75.5k Average for the period hence it not looking as empty compared to 80k in a 90k stadium that is completely open to the cameras...do keep up!
I know all about the previous capacity but as that wasn't what we were talking about at that juncture it was obvious to all except the faux anger to wade in without reading the thread types like yourself.

Proof that you shouldn't believe everything on Wikipedia.
There was over 100,000 in 1985 as well. Maybe it was reduced to 82,000 in the late 90s though.
Proof that you should read the context of the post relating to the period being talked about before making a tool of yourself and if you think I rely on wiki for myinfo think again sonny
As a point of fact there wasn't a 100k there, just shy and I was proud to be one of them!

Bullsh1t. There were 96000 there in 1980 for Rovers and Hull. 82k capacity, my ar5e.
I know, I was there meat-head!
Again, as per above, read posts in relation to what was being said, it's not rocket science but you being of the six fingered East Hull variety I can hardly expect anything less
