I'm not sure what the attraction is. Having worked in, and for Aussie companies I wouldn't go back. Weathers better if you like the sun but not much else. RL standard is better but the match experience/atmosphere isn't as good as SL. Its also very expensive over there these days.

If you enjoy pub life then forget it over there. At least you get to enjoy Xmas Day in Jul which seems to be a tradition with ex pats hmmm(winter).

They've recently 'found' craft beers if you're not a fan of cold lager!

There are parts of Australia like that, but there's plenty what's not.

There's some great pubs where I live, some of the best restaurants, great nights out and you can vexed as a parrot, drive home and only lose your license for 3 months.
