Anyone who thinks any different is just fantisising out loud. Every few years the International RL body announce some far-away land that will never become seriously interested in the sport are in the running to hold a RLWC, and yet surprise surprise it always ends up in England or Oz. It hardly makes any money in England or Oz, holding it anywhere else would make a whopping great loss
The idea that the rlif are throwing out names constantly in world cup bids is especially idiotic for 1 particular reason, after the 2013 world cup south Africa fresh from having lots of fancy new fifa world cup stadiums that they weren't using approached the rlif and asked to bid for the 2017 world cup. Only to be told there wasn't a bidding process. Everyone had just assumed the world cup would be held in Aus and NZ. Cue a hastily implemented bid process that unsurprisingly gave it to Oz and NZ.
This will actually the first bidding process. Yet somehow the rlif have been throwing out bidding countries left right and centre to big it up.
Come on. You are a troll, the bait here is the 80m paid by the RFU to stage the RU world cup, the heritage players, the lack of countries playing RL. Demand more of yourself. Being a troll is a bad thing. Being a bad one is just a sad thing.
