All they need now is to get sheik mansour hooked when he is walking into the stadium next door and the sport will really take off!

Good Afternoon!

Thank you very much for the kind comments above, it's heart warming to see the support for Manchester Rangers, not just from local people but clubs across the country. We have great ambition at the club and we want to make Rugby League a powerhouse in the city of Manchester, whilst keeping to our traditions and having a family and community focus.

Our next home game is on Friday 15th May with a 19:30 kick off, we would be delighted to see supporters from all clubs there to take in our match day experience!

The two sides will fight it out for their place in the national competition, the game kicks off at 17:30 as a curtain raiser to our main event which kicks off at 19:30!

Good to see another ambitious club. They'll overtake Salford in no time.

Is there any link there with the old Broughton Rangers, who were based in East Manchester for a time before they folded?

Yes, on their club website it kind of implies that they are descendents of Broughton/Belle Vue Rangers and have the Championship of 1902 and two Challenge Cups of 1902 and 1911 on their Roll of Hounour.

Also on the club badge it has "Est.1877" (when Broughton were founded) on there as well as "Est.2015", and a 'motto' of "Back from the Ashes" with a Pheonix on there which implies that there's a bit of a rebirth going on there.

As a Mancunian i will be sure to check out a game of theirs soon!

Good Afternoon All,

We had a hugely successful 2015 season, both on and off the field, thank you for those who came along and showed your support!

We have now released our membership packages for the 2016 season, continuing to play at the 6,500 seater Manchester Regional Arena. It would be great to see existing and new fans at our games in 2016! Follow the link below for more info...
