Tansey was struggling to get in the York team!

Cant believe you would replace McGoldrick with Tansey. You get rid of one bad influence and replace him with an English version. *smh*.

Lee Smith on loan to Wakefield for the rest of the season, it seems.

Not a bad move, did chuckle to myself when I saw him play in the 9s finals, bit of a fall from grace from a couple of years ago

Well if that's not a sign of the franchise system doing well then I don't know what is.

Just a guesstimate but I would sat ATM Hull have the least overseas signing than any other team. Only 3 playing in tonight's game, Heremia, Seymore and Manu.

As it stands so far next season we only have 2.

Isn't that to do with the fact FC having some injuries that you only have 3. O'Meley, Moa and Martin would all be in the first time add McKinnon who left it does add up. Plus McGoldrick coming in.

I think you started 2012 with 7 (?)

Giants have 4 - O'Donnell, Faiumu, Fa'alogo and chan.

hmmmmmm who is this foreign halfback at the wire we have briers, ratchford, myler and o'brien only 1 is over 25

we also have

cooper
harrison
riley
blythe
mcarthy
currie
hill
laithewaite
dwyer

to mention just a few but we also have acadamy products coming through fighting that are on duel registration at the moment.

fair enough we weren't that great at youth 6-10 years ago but we are starting to bear fruit now we have played a few matches with only 1 overseas player in for example against salford our team was

Stefan Ratchford(young english talent), Chris Riley(home grown), Matty Blythe(home grown), Chris Bridge(english), Rhys Evans(home grown), Gareth O'Brien(home grown), Richie Myler(young english talent), Paul Wood(home grown), Micky Higham(english), Chris Hill(young english talent), Trent Waterhouse(overseas), Mike Cooper(homegrown), Ben Harrison(homegrown)

Subs: Adrian Morley(english), Brad Dwyer(homegrown), Tyrone McCarthy(homegrown), David Solomona(exempt)

i make that
9 players that we have produced
15 english
1 overseas
1 exempt
