i know people say we have got a lot going on as it is in a season but to be fair australia have state of origin and city vs country. we could have england v exiles and lancashire vs yorkshire.
also if there was a yorkshire v lancashire what would your team be?

London was part of the Lancashire RL, so following tradition London players would qualify for Lancashire under an origin type system.

I suppose that they both start with "L"
It might be safer to call the fixture East vs West (due to the lack of true Lancashire teams), but there would still be plenty of Yorkshire, Yorkshire chants
Having said that, London is on the east side of the country

didnt realise sinfield was a lancashire lad from oldham and tbh was doing it off the top of my head from teams where i could think of home grown players ie wigan, saints, wire
