Only a few games to go now before the fictional Super League Dream Team is announced (and the Man of Steel).
How do we see the line-up this year? Remembering that it's a fictional team, and it's fine to have two centres who both usually play on the let etc, I'd go with.
Full back - Hardaker
Wingers - Eden and Fonua
Centres - Percival and Shenton.
Halves - Gale and Kelly
Props - Walmsley and Millington
Hooker - McShane
Back row - McMeekan and Murdoch-Masilla
Loose Forward - not sure!

Players unlucky to miss out - Gildart (not played enough games), Lui, Watts, Taylor, Parcell, Houghton, Jesse Sene-Lefao, Ben Jones-Bishop, Marshall, Williams.

Man of Steel nominations: Gale, Hardaker and Kelly.
Man of Steel winner: Gale.

Young Player of the Year: Greg Minikin.

Sika Manu could be a shout for LF (where he has played a few games) has been outstanding this year.

I'd probably have Parcell at hooker, but hard to argue with much on that side.

BJB has a chance over Fonua maybe, but don't see Ashurst being in the side above the other names mentioned, very good underrated player though, but think they are a few players in front of him.

Gregory Bird has been the standout lock/loose forward (troisieme ligne) in Super League.

Julien Bousquet could be one of the props. He has been awesome.

Go on then, who's this Greg Bird that you speak of?

Given the Cas love-in this year, I would imagine any close calls (e.g. McShane or Parcell) will edge towards the Castleford player.
What's the record for the players from one team in the Dream Team?

Wigan with 7 in 2001. Been a few years with 6 from a single club including Hull last year.

Note last time we were approaching a World Cup they picked an all British 13 for the very first time.
