News today, he's signed a permanent deal with Bradford until the end of 2019.

I think this is a really good piece of news for the club as Bustin has been one of our better performers all year and it's nice to see that he's wanting to stay at Odsal to continue his career
To be the man.... I forget how the rest of that goes

Superb news. Callum's been excellent for us this season. Fancy us managing to sign a promising young player from Cas eh?

It's the correct choice for him career wise. He'd only be playing reserves for Cas, perhaps making the 19 if some injuries came about.
Whereas with us I suspect he's one of the first names on JK's teamsheet each week.

Peltier, Bustin, Crossley and Green is not a bad set of props. Not bad at all.

Very good news and looks like work is underway for 2019 already. Very pleased with this signing. Will only get better.

I can only agree with everyone else - didn't realise it was so close to Christmas!

Please correct me if I am wrong but the deal with Bustin reads as we have signed him until end of 2019 which means he has been released from Cas for this period and can train with us exclusively etc. He is not however a Bradford player and could return to Cas after 2019. At first I thought he had been released by Cas and was now a Bradford player full stop. Am I correct in this? If so the deal sounds a bit misleading to the Bulls faithful.

I believe that he was only contracted to Cas until the end of this season, and they have released him from the remainder of that contract. He has signed for us for the remainder of this season and the whole of next
