I can understand your frustration but I’m glad you’re not in charge of selling season tickets ;-)

I’d say that the club has done very well indeed to keep as many supporters as it has. The fact that so many are prepared to whine on about it on here (I include myself) at least shows people care.

At the end of the day though there will never be enough “uber supporters” like yourself that will put up with any situation only to have a club. You need to attract some others to make it remotely viable. So the sceptics, the cynics and the glass half empty lot can’t be just dismissed however much you’d like to.

If the club would improve its PR then a lot of the ill feeling could be defused.

I see myself as a realist. I accept that Chalmers is the only show in town, but that doesn't mean I have to pretend to be happy about it or to not point out where I think things are going wrong. I'll still be up there for games next season, but on the subject of buying a season ticket - a big commitment money wise - I'm needing more evidence we've turned the corner before I stump up.

I'm just going to repeat a curious throw away phrase uttered by the lady in the shop when I bought the season tickets. 'I wouldn't worry about it (the tribunal) Andrew's only concern is getting the team on the pitch'

If that's the case, and that attitude is top down then you can understand why other stuff, important to us - communications for example - seem to be massively off the radar at the club with everyone focused on the playing side.

Unfortunately the coaches job is to worry about getting the team on the pitch. The owner should have more concerns because if he gets a team on a pitch in an empty stadium he has lost. (And yes I know we have no coach but there again who's fault is that)

The sceptic in me (which goes with the territory being a bulls fan nowadays) says that he is only interested in getting a team on the field, as his big mate Nige holds a lease saying professional rugby has to be played at Odsal until 2019.............

That's where it gets interesting I think.

If the team is on life support until 2019 when the land can be used for whatever, why bother keeping it going? Let it lie dormant until then? The RFL are making no money as they aren't charging rent so, so close to 2019 you'd surely let it die.

We're on life support for a reason I believe, otherwise why prop up a side in a poor league and waste everyone's time for just one year rather then let it go?

Because it provides a cash boost to other clubs.

While trying to not sound like a broken record, Rugby League is dying in the UK. The RFL surely recognises this, and can't possibly let a possible fanbase of 10,000 that the Bulls could possibly regain (again) disappear.

Having said that, these were the people who suggested that if the Bulls did go their fans would probably support another team.....

To be fair, one person on here has said he's considering a season ticket at Cas or Wakey.

I don't ever really understand that myself. As pssed off as I am, as much as I've sacked off the Bulls whilst I'm this pssed off with the club, I still couldn't bring myself to "support" someone else. Sure, go and watch a game here and there, but not actually support them. It may be different if your club went under maybe, but whilst the club still exists, as much as they infuriate you, you still love em.

Supporting another club? Pfft. No bloody way. If the Bulls packed in RL so would I.

Likewise thinking, unfortunately it's hard not to see the bad side of things. There's been a lot of talk of negativity but I feel after all we've beenput through its realism. Anything other is a complete bonus
