Len Haley who played thru the 50s into the60s came from Cleckheaton RU
I remember 3 South Africans who I think came from RU in the 60s Rudi Hasse, Goolam Abed and Enslin Dlambulo.

We can't claim Frank Whitcombe as he signed professional for Broughton Rangers before coming to Bradford but from the 40s team we could have a back row of Barry Tyler, Brian Radford and Hagen Evans plus Emlyn Walters on the wing. There were two more South Africans from the 60s in Vernon Peterson and Goolam Abed, although Abed had trials at Leeds but was then signed for Northern.

Not 100% sure but David Treasure (1973 cup semi final hero from Yorkshire Copperworks RUFC), David Cooper (1980's/90's squad full back/centre from Wakefield RU) and Gary van Bellen (from Wakefield RU)?

We turned Dan Caprice from a Union player into an NRL Rookie Candidate. Can that count?
