Boom Boom is McDermott, as far as I know [ex-boxer], and Jimmy presumably refers to Mr' Lowes who is back at Leeds rugby, though at the Tykes rather than the rhinos, but it is a mixed and very intertwined organisation..

No. I couldn't grasp the connection to Rhinos. I know he used to assist but wasn't aware he was back.

Don't think he is back at the 'Rhinos', as such - to the best of my knowledge, he's back at Leeds rugby but on the union side, which is where he was before he came to Odsal.

On a moot point, what is the Million pound game, because if the salary cap is the same for all clubs, should we change it to the "What a team can afford if they get relegated and for the winner it's status Quo Game?" or for short the "Status Quo Game?"

Seriously though the question whether a SL team can bounce back after a year in the Championship? Probably not because all the SL clubs will begin the process of head hunting the best players from that club, and sponsors are unlikely to spend a fortune when they know there will be very little or no TV coverage. It's an uphill battle.

The salary cap is what you can spend. The million pounds in question was said to be the difference in what the winning club would receive the next season in central funding, compared to the loser.
