Only seen him once and that was for London against Dews this time last year.
Remember him being a stand out player then; took the line on well and always looked like a threat. Granted thats only one match but I was alwasys surprised he didnt get more game time.
By all accounts he had a couple of great games in SL when he first hit the scene, and also is someone known to Rohan from his time with London. Maybe he's just another of these lads that needs a bit of confidence and consistency.
Speaking of which; Oscar Thomas?? Surely he should have been in alongside Charnock yesterday?

I couldn't understand why Addy was chosen ahead of Thomas. Our attack completely broke down due to Addy being such a slow passer.I feel like i've aged 5 years in the time it takes him to do an inside pass. It's almost like it's in slow motion.

Thomas is raw and isn't the finished article. But his passing is much quicker which would have sped our attack up. Also he would have shared the kicking duties with Charnock, making it harder to defend against. Rather than Addy who decided to do it all him self with average results at best.

According to gledhill Thomas is only about 85% recovered from a groin injury. Seems odd he was fit enough to be water carrier but not to play. Even at 85% he'd have offered more speed of thought and kicking options than Addy.

He's gone quite well, decent kicking game, strong in defence. Lacks speed off the mark though so he'll do well to focus his game more towards controlling and putting others away with well timed passes rather than trying to take the line on himself.
Had a bit of a stinker yesterday (and went off injured), but I think that was more down to the other guy playing in the halves with him - for whatever reason they just didn't work together as a pairing.

Sounds like he could be a handy player for the future, though I understand he hasnt played much this year so it's a tough ask for him to offer much impact for this season I would of thought.

think that's correct, but definitely one for the future.
