Premium range released : Fri Nov 27, 2015 9:09 am
Not sure about these. Replacing red, amber and black with a gold stripe doesn't say 'premium' to me, but hey I hope other people like it and buy some.

I can see where you're coming from - though, I guess if you're putting out something called 'premium' you have to differentiate somehow. The away kit doesn't have RA&B in it either, of course, and that always sells well, so hopefully it'll work.

Unfortunately the first thing that springs out to me is the Cobra logo, not the Bulls logo.
Although I accept the reasons for sponsorship, and don't object to sponsors' logos being on the merchandise, I also want the prominence to be the team. The team feels like the afterthought in those designs to me.

Similar with the replica kit this year, which resembles a formula one car, despite a very likeable design.

There's a fine line between enough sponsorship and too much, which I feel like they've slipped over this year.

But I hope I'm in the minority and that others like the stuff more than I do. Personally I'm going to struggle parting with more money than my season ticket though for this merch, at times when I've not got a lot of disposable income.

this is just first range of to released afaik. I think theres more stuff being released at collection day next week, which will presumably feature Red,Amber and Black more prominently. At end of day everything they release is going to have some people who like it and some who hate it. Prime example was last years kit which some peple hated and others loved yet apparently it was biggest selling away strip for years.

And on another topic, if you had to give a name to the stiff armed pose our players are employing what would it be?

Definitely not blue steel but possibly coiled spring.

I like it. Looks like a set of really smart gear. Like Mat says, I think they are bringing out more gear at collection day which I presume will be RAB.

I understand Gaskell was asked to convey "non-league football manager".

I'm out in Bingley tonight, I could do with that capped sleeve effort. No-one would mess with me in that. Could do with some tatts and fags to go under the shoulder.

Reminds me, ever so slightly, of George Gideon Osborne, spread legged and trying [but never quite succeeding] to give the apex predator look, whenever a camera appears.
