Forecast heavy snow tomorrow so I would imagine there is a significant doubt about the game being on.

Probably more chance than previous years. Only pitch and access to main stand would need clearing. Don't have to bother with terracing and concourse round that side. If ground freezes then it would be more doubtful but don't think it's forecast to get really cold just snow.

If this snow continues at this rate i wouldn't be surprised if the game is cancelled tomorrow.

If a player is ready to play after long term injuries I would also drop them tomorrow as it will be very hard conditions. Is it worth risking them when there are other new players that need plenty of run outs. We know what Ferguson can do. Next week is the time for the first choice 17 to be on the field at the same time for a decent amount of time if possible.

It's been swapping between snow and rain all day.
Not sure how bad the snow on the ground will be come game time tomorrow, but I agree that it will not be an enjoyable day weather-wise.

It's likely to be a scrappy game, I'd imagine the pitch will look like the Somme come full time should the game go ahead

Not ideal conditions but the pitch shouldn't be too bad given nobody's played on it since the summer. I'm sure it'll cut up but it's not rained solidly all day. Just hope it's bright and fine tomorrow.

The club will hold a pitch inspection at 12:00 to determine whether the game will go ahead.

Have to say that, if it it's anything like my front garden [Tyersal] the only thing getting cut up will be the legs, arms and any other visible skin of the players. If it's hard and crunchy down [lol] here, I can't imagine Odsal is any better.
