Well no, I guess he wouldn't settle for that, but we're only talking about the short interim period.

They currently reside in the Bond it league [?] and would need another year in there before their inevitable rise to the heights of the conference - so that's two season gone before they hit division four - how long does it take a multiple billionaire to get a ground built these days?

Is this the same 'multi billionaire' that offered the lowest bid for the Bulls?

The phrase "I'll believe it when I see it' comes to mind when thinking that Avenue will have an all-singing all-dancing new ground built anytime soon...

Think there has been a calendar mix up - it is the 1st January not the 1st April

There used to be a reasonable ground at what was it called - Park Avenue?

Seems the deal has finally gone ahead and he now owns Avenue, according to Radio Leeds - we await the out come with interest.
