We can be bold enough to make a stand and do battle for our views and beliefs. But we must strive to be mature enough not to resort to unnecessary personal attacks upon people with opposing views.

Go on, I'll give you a bite.

Don't know if your purposely ignorant to Percival in your 3/4 comparison, but there's not a centre in the league I'd swap him for. He's very young, but he's already one of our best players. He'll be the very definition of a strike centre in 3 years, and is already running (and defending) better than most. Savelio got a lot of credit for his second try last night but the angle Percy ran was just as important to score.

Putting Gelling and Sarginson ahead of Turner and Percival is proof you're either trolling or completely clueless.

I totally agree leeds 3/4 line is miles ahead of everyone else's at the moment - BUT I believe it's purely down to the fact they've been paying unders for their spine for years - Sinfield has already said that they have turned down better offers, so it's easy to invest 500k on the 3/4s when you know you have Maguire and Burrow and Sinfield, all quality players, playing for far less than they should. Unfortunately for them that is coming to an end...

Thompson, Savelio, Percival, Swift and Vea will all join the fear factor players in you list soon enough.

Saints biggest problem is KCs inability to pick the correct team - we all saw the difference in the team when Vea (a real second rower) replaced LMS (who should of been at lock)

Good post. Percival is ok at the mo but needs another few years. Like us at the mo, we don't have the strike power out wide in the 3/4. Sarginson and Gelling are fairly descent,
especially with Gellings handling skills to offload to the winger. Your forwards are excellent but the 3/4 overall does'nt have any razz. Quinlan looks a good player-been excellent
so far from what i've seen on the telly and i like the way Walsh playsl, especially considering he's coming back from injury. If i was a Saints fan though, wouldn't it be great to
get a quality centre ala Gidley/Lyon to just spark things off. For me, with a couple of quality signings in the backs would make you very difficult to beat. Leeds have been the
other way round- their backs have been spot on but they've added Cuthbertson and Gallaway to strengthen the forwards. On their day Leeds are the side to beat.

He really should have waited until after today.

Getting taught a lesson by Hull KR, well at least our lesson by Leeds was fruitful

Ormsby - Not as good as Makinson
Wheeler - Biscuit, not in Percival's league
Atkins - Not as good as Turner
Monaghan - Not bad but would rather have Swift
O'Brien - ZZZZzzzzzz
Myler - Good player but is going on hol to France
Hill - Belting
Clark - V good, but not a patch on Roby
Sims - Decent
Wilde - Not a patch on Vea, Greenwood, Wilkin etc
Currie - I'd rather have Flanagan
Harrison - yawn

Substitutes
Dwyer - Would rather have Bernard
Asotasi - Used to be good
Philbin - gettin bored
England - proper bored

Haha, obviously the post was tongue in cheek, but joking aside they have gone backwards.

I wouldn't take Flanagan over him, but currie has to be one of the most overrated young players in the game.
