The ground looks fantastic, and looks to be just about complete, but as far as I can tell, there is nothing to identify it as Saints ground from the outside (not counting the Saints on the seats visible from inside the stadium, or in the air!). Are we expecting to have something on the outside, or is this likely to be linked to the ground naming or rites? I would have expected something that clearly identid-fies it as the home of the Saints. |

They are going to have to clear out the lowlife who inhabit the wooded copse, near to the linkway and the new pedestrian bridge. Otherwise families walking to the stadium from across the bridge, will get a wonderful high level view of people shooting heroin into their veins.
While they are doing that I think they should create a second pedestrian route to the bridge from along Warrington road, by clearing away the trees that have grown near the link road. |

Not yet, no.
Apparently there are going to be a few announcements in November so maybe we will hear more about a pre-season fixture then. I think the club have to have some mini fixtures first to secure a health and safety certificate. |
