There was no fallout, its in Sal’s head

The change of personnel at HQ and the reasons behind it kind of dispel Sal's theory totally and certainly point the direction of blame regarding Sinny's exit from the club and why he couldn't wait to leave in a totally different light, especially as he has now rejoined the club

Re 2015, I don't care if the entire squad detested McDermott. He got that team to deliver the best season in the club's history - including early doors dropping Sir Kev for Sutcliffe.

Blame McDermott all you want for 2016 and this year (I do), but give him credit for 2015 and 2017. Otherwise be exposed as a full card-carrying hypocrite.

His job title is First team Coach. I had a man crush on Sinfield but putting someone with no official coaching experience in charge, as well as some of GH's responsibilities, along side the much failed First team Coach is a huge gamble.

Didn't Kev and co-coach JP coach the team for years though?

We must agree to differ as always - the move to RU and the timing was one thing and Kevin eventually wanting GH's job another - as I said desperate times call for desperate measures.

Sal unless you can do much better and clarify your comments regarding how GH and Sinny actually fell out with a more reasoned response than this then IMO you're talking made up nonsense again

IMO you are clearly barking up the wrong tree with who Sinny's grievance was with

As I said we must agree to differ - as all evidence is second hand as non of us were actually in the room/meeting
Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.
