For the last 2 years the previous year league leaders winners have been dumped into the middle 8s
So will Cas go the same way?

I hope not. Id have loved cas to have won the trophy if they were facing anyone but Leeds.

The way they tried to play the game was a breath of fresh air in a pretty stagnant SL competition. I hope they continue to prosper with their positive approach to the game

I wouldn't be suprised to see Cas in the GF again next year. I reckon Powel has the skills to use last night to galvanise and motivate Cas to silverware next year. A poor final performance doesn't nullify the fact that they were the standout team in the regular comp. They tripped over the final hurdle last night and we were brilliant on the night, but I think they will be there or there abouts next year.
