' Inappropriate behaviour towards female rugby colleagues' allegedly of course , states the YEP Sounds like he is finished, a pity if so because I think he is a decent ref,if somewhat arrogant. A friends wife used to be a referee and this story would concur with something she once told me .

3rd suspension. pushed his luck to far this time. an official told me he was an arrogant, horrible man, but a little bit stronger language than that
