If the way Leeds play if in the Middle 8 mirrors some of the comments above then they will be in trouble.

Complacency abounds on here. Much hard work still to be undertaken.

We cruised through the middle 8s last year unbeaten and without Kelly and Campese and our Wembley appearance in the middle of them if you were in the middle 8s no championship side would come within 30pts of you and I'd expect you to go unbeaten

Get real folks. No championship club would get anywhere near the Rhinos.

I think you need to "get real" if you think they won't. We are playing poor, low on confidence, and we have played Leigh before in the cup. With all our big guns playing like peacock and sinfield etc and it was a hard fight which granted we won but it was a struggle.

We are the current SL CHAMPIONS non of the other teams have any pressure on them and we will be a massive carrot for them. I don't think we will go down but equally it won't be a walk through the tulips as some think.

The best way to approach the 8s of either kind will be on the back of wins and confidence. If we keep going with the same dire performances every week then there could well be some severe tests in the Middle 8s. If we get bodies back and show signs of decent form then it shouldn't be an issue.

Yeah, the middle 8s are still months away. A lot can happen between now and then but as things stand i don't particularly worry about it one bit.

Best way for Leeds to minimise any concern over the middle 8's is to avoid them altogether.

Just start winning FFS.

Leigh are by far the best championship side, and like you said, we beat them. So what's your point?

My point is your talking out of your sphincter again. You said no one would get close to Leeds. Leigh almost did. With a better Leeds team. I am not particularly worried about the Middle 8 but don't think it's gonna be a walk in the park on current form
