Agree with that. I think it was a daft move and way too early to put Harris in as head coach in the first place. Salford needed stability and Harris needed to learn for a couple of years.
But Koukash has just compounded his error with another daft move. Sheens won't be there for very long. So more instability with Harris leaving, presumably to be replaced by another inexperienced coach.
I sometimes wonder whether Koukash is deliberately c0cking it up at Salford because virtually everything he does and the way he does it is the opposite of what needs to happen.
