Very true. It was a tongue in cheek reference to you receiving favourable treatment from Red Hall, which is always the suggestion if you speak to fans of non-Leeds clubs.

See Ben Currie has got two games for making deliberate contact with a referee.

Bit of a pattern forming with Silverwood getting in the way of players and them ending up getting banned as a result, isn't there?

TBF to Silverwood having seen it again then it's all on Currie's stupidity. Gets a knock on call against him, doesn't like it and when they're stood around starting to form the scrum Currie pats Silverwood on the back and gives him a slight push towards the Leigh players as if to say he's on their side.

The spin is due to momentum and at no point does he turn the ankle, he ensures it's facing in it's natural direction at all times. To make it worse they also told Luke Walsh off, when he was receiving far worse treatment from the Widnes player kneeling on the leg he broke last year.

The disciplinary is an utter farce currently. James Green of Hull KR gets a 1 match ban for a deliberate and totally premeditated attack to Travis Burn's head using a banned technique that resulted in a broken cheekbone, and Greenwood is down for 2-3 games for tackling someone by the ankle.

There was nothing in the Greenwood challenge in comparison to Sneyd's career ending attempt and to think he could cop for 3 games sat in the stands just about sums up the inconsistencies at Red Hall.

I agree, greenwood is only being charged as Brown reacted and it was live on TV. Nothing like sneyd in that whatever the intent sneyd made a deliberate roll whereas Greenwood had momentum and inevitability rolled (so the only real issue is whether he could have reacted and released Brown's ankle)

But Greenwood knew that Brown had injured the same ankle earlier so was hardly acting as an innocent it seems to me.
Saints fans can't moan about that & then defend Walsh.
