The marquee ruling comes to ahead on the 5th of June, I believe if they fail to pass any rules at that meeting then no new rules will be brought in for 2016. However several votes, including the most recently published rules I've seen (Aussie players capped at 200k or a home grown player >200k coming off cap) have been voted on and rejected already.

According to the paper a few weeks ago, there are 7 clubs who are generally for a marquee exemption, however finding a wording on which all 7 can agree is seeming impossible. Also since then Koukash has come out and said he's not signing any more big names so who knows how he'll vote...

Apart from about two minutes of highlights reels, Dave Taylor has been pretty much garbage for years.

BTW, just reading the YEP article on Mulllaly and as well as stating that Leeds are looking for another prop, it mentions that this will be Leuluai's last season. Has that been mentioned elsewhere?

Too early to tell, but your missing quite a few players on there.

Interesting that your thread shows Danny Mags as OOC at the end of 2015 but in the media stuff around Burrow re-signing I'm sure he was quoted as saying that he's looking forward to continuing playing with him. I guess that's a done deal then.

For those writing off Yates, remember a few things:

-He's coming off the back of two fairly serious injuries

-He's come up from a division with fitness and strength requirements much lower than SL

-He's only 25, well short of prime years for a prop.

-Singleton (nearest comparator we have) took two full seasons in SL before getting to where he is now (with Stats equivalent to Yates').

I'm sure BMac wouldn't have signed him less he thought he could make it, I'd expect AY to be around for a while to come. Moreso than Keinhorst who has done very little when he's been selected and has two of the best centres in the competition ahead of him.

RLW Mole says on Twitter than Leeds are chasing Cronk, but adds "good luck with that". If true shows money is available.
