It's obvious really Printer: McDermott considers himself one of the (senior) lads and they're all in it together.
It's a 'team team selection' with McDermott figurehead head of the team ( a bit like the queen with her constitutonal 'powers' )
(Note the correct one of there/their/they're by the way ....it's quite easy really)
